RETURNS POLICY
Within 14 days of receipt of goods simply let us know that you will be RETURNING the product by emailing us at sales@ggcyclewear.com.au with your invoice number. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn or washed and with the original tags and packaging. Return the goods in this condition within 14 days to:

We recommend that you keep a tracking number of your return parcel as GG Cyclewear is not responsible for lost or missing exchange parcels. We will notify you by email when we have processed a FULL refund to the card used to complete the purchase, less the original order shipping costs.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Within 14 days of receipt of goods simply let us know that you will be EXCHANGING the product by emailing us at sales@ggcyclewear.com.au provide your invoice number and the size you wish to exchange for.
Goods must be in their original condition, unworn or washed and with the original tags and packaging. Return the goods in this condition within 14 days to:
